Brownies

½ cup cocoa

½ cup butter (1 stick)

2 eggs

1 cup sugar

¼ cup flour

1 cup chopped or broken-up walnuts or pecans

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 shot of espresso

Pinch of salt

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Melt butter in the pan you intend on baking your brownies in. Sift together the flour, sugar and cocoa. Whisk in eggs and butter and espresso. Stir in vanilla. Add to the cocoa-flour mixture. Stir until just combined. Pour into the greased 8 x 8-inch-square pan. Top with white chocolate squares. Bake 20-25 minutes Berry Sauce 2 pints mixed berries 1 cup sugar Add berries to a sauce pot with the sugar. Turn on heat and mash berries a little to get it going. Heat on medium for 20 minutes. Turn off the heat and let cool Whipped cream 2 cups heavy cream 1/2 cup sugar 1 tsp cinnamon Whisk!
